Arizona State and County Base Studies - Data Sets

The following data sets contain back up information for the Base Studies.

These data sets from the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) show the respective area aggregate totals for Employment, Income and Earnings, and Average Earnings.  Employment per capita in each major industry sector can be compared to the U.S. and Arizona averages.  In addition, the "Location Quotient" shows the relative concentration ratios of jobs and earnings relative to the U.S. average.

The Census Employment Wages shows data for the U.S., Arizona and each Arizona County for the years 1995 and 2005.  It shows Employment, Earnings, and Location Quotients for each major industry sector.
