Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(F), notice is hereby given to the members of the Commerce and Economic Development Commission (CEDC) and to the general public that the CEDC will hold regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month during the year. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A), the CEDC may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss certain matters.
